The dying UPND
Editor,
The Republican Vice-President Inonge Wina in the Daily Nation of Saturday 25th February, 2017 spoke the truth about the UPND. They believe in dividing the country in the name of defending their political stand.

HH and his team
Editor,
I don’t know if there’s any organisation in Zambia which has the power to de-register a political party which wants to split our country into two. Since HH and his rebel group called UPND came into being, Zambia has been close to being separated into two and everyone is quiet while HH and his cadres are busy. If the UPND remain untouchable, then we are going nowhere but have two presidents in the near future.

The cartel
Editor,
The cartel has exposed itself to the people of Zambia that they are not with the nation but with wrong doers whose interest is purely money and not dignity and morality. No wonder during their reign, things went wrong because they lacked integrity but instead defended crooks and crookedness. This time, you are merely showing your true colors and people are now able to see you clearly now that the rain is gone. You can run but you can’t hide. Kasonde, you are now exposed in supporting wrong acts for monetary gain.

We are running out of patience towards the UPND
Editor,
The continued rejection to recognise President Edgar Lungu is likely to cause tension between UPND and PF. Hakainde wants confusion but he should be taught a lesson. Please PF, defend the President.

Extend fish ban
Editor,
I wish to advise the Minister of Fisheries and Livestock not to lift the fish ban but instead, extend it to August 2017 because many fishermen defied it. If the fish should still continue to flood markets and streets of Lusaka and other towns, the ban should again be extended to March 2018. People should learn to respect their Government even where there is no presence of law enforcers. The fish ban to civilised people is a good thing.

PF Bahati MP, a reliable man
Editor,
PF Bahati Member of Parliament Harry Kalaba is the only reliable political figure in PF whom I have seen has delivered to his voters in his Constituency. I am urging other MPs to emulate Hon. Kalaba because he is one of the few Zambian politicians that have worked with dignity and honor.

Where is press freedom?
Editor,
Whatever is happening to the family of Fred M’membe is totally a political propaganda. The PF is slowly silencing democracy. They also want to silence press freedom. We know that the PF wants the paper that will always favour their wrong deeds. Let the press media freedom survive. It’s just a matter of time before what the PF has done to M’membe and the people of Zambia to come back. It’s exactly the same political medicine that we will use to kick out the PF government.

ZNBC programming pathetic
Editor,
The programming on ZNBC is deteriorating every day. Kindly conduct a survey by asking some viewers who may actually recommend on how to better the way of doing things at the national broadcaster. Otherwise, it is not worth being called a national broadcaster.

FAZ needs complete overhaul
Editor,
I wish to express my displeasure at the conduct of FAZ during the match between Zambia and Guinea. I had bought VIP tickets but alas, I found the VIP section full and there was nowhere to sit. This is very unfortunate and discouraging to us the soccer fans. FAZ needs a complete overhaul.
