EXPELLED Matero Member of Parliament Miles Sampa is an illegality to the Patriotic Front (PF) presidency and has no right to claim the leadership of the former ruling party because the purported convention from which he was elected was an illegal assembly which has never been recognised by both the republican and party Constitution, Davison Mung’andu has said.
