ZAMBIA Consumer Association (ZCA) executive secretary Juba Sakala says food and nutrition security at household level remains a risk due to the increased cost of living.
In an interview with Millennium TV News, Mr Juba Sakala states that government should come up with robust measures and should also look at the issue of subsidies.
