Ministry of Agriculture denies entering into contract with Food Agents Zambia

THE Ministry of Agriculture has denied entering into a contract with Food Agents of Zambia Limited for the supply of fertilizer inputs valued at K16 million for the 2022/2023 farming season.
According to the drafted defence filed by the Attorney General’s Chambers,the State contended that the Ministry of Agriculture and the Attorney General were not aware of the alleged contract entered into by Food Agents of Zambia Limited and ETG Inputs Zambia limited.
State however submitted that the Ministry of Agriculture signed a contract with ETG Inputs to supply fertilizer.CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
