ZAMBIA Wake Up party leader Howard Kunda has challenged the acting Minister of Mines and Mineral Development Charles Milupi to name the 18 000 youths who have benefitted from the black mountain 30 percent share.
Recently Mr Milupi told Parliament that 18 000 youths had benefitted from the black mountain in Kitwe.
But Mr Kunda alleged that it was not possible that 18,000 youths benefitted from the mineral rich mountain because youths in Kitwe were suffering.
He accused the acting minister of misleading the country over the black mountain issue.CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
