Kabwe’s Christian Life Centre Bishop Davies Mulula has advised councils to ensure that the right of entry and opening of bars are observed as provided by Law, to reduce alcohol abuse among youths in the country.
Bishop Mulula observed that alcohol and substance abuse among youths could not be addressed when bars opened as early as 08 hours in the morning and the sale of alcohol to the underage was not controlled. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
