THE dismissal of all officers, including drivers and messengers at the National Designated Authority (NDA), a Climate Financing Department at Ministry of Green Economy and Environment purely on the perception that the officers were Patriotic Front (PF) loyalists should immediately be probed because it smells of corruption and discrimination, Antonio Mwanza has said.
Mr Mwanza, the Socialist Party deputy Secretary General, has challenged Mr Collins Nzovu, the minister of Green Economy and Environment and his permanent secretary to explain how an entire government department could have its operations paralysed for failure to renew the contracts of all the employees, including drivers and office attendants.
