COTTON REVIVAL

WITH focus centred around taking advantage of the country’s debt restructuring it is important that sectors which had hitherto been neglected are revived.

The country cannot talk of value-addition when it neglects the agriculture sector which should be providing the raw materials that the manufacturing industry needs, particularly the textile sector.
