FORMER Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Minister, Stanley Kakubo and the Chinese national, Zhang Lianan have entered into a consent judgement in a matter he is alleged to have fraudulently obtained US$300, 000 cash as payment for a mining partnership.
According to the consent judgement endorsed by High Court Judge Kazimbe Chenda, Mr Kakubo agreed to refund the US$300, 000 to be paid in installments with the final payment to be made by May 31, 2024. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
