THE UPND has vandalised all institutions of good governance, including the Legislature, the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) and the Registrar of Societies from which a senior civil servant, Thandiwe Mhenda-Phiri was fired for refusing to commit a crime of illegally changing the legitimate officer bearers of the Patriotic Front (PF), Binwell Mpundu, the Nkana Independent MP has said.
Mr Mpundu also told the House that the UPND has fractured the sacred doctrine of the Separation of Powers to the extent that the Legislature and the Judiciary have lost their independence as the Executive has compromised the two arms of government. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
