FORMER President Edgar Lungu has described the diplomatic relationship Zambia has been enjoying with China for generations as warm, stating that the Asian giant is an all-weather-friend.
Former President Lungu was speaking when he shared a geopolitical moment with Zambian author of a new book on China and international relations, Anthony Mukwita at his residence in Lusaka.
“Our relationship with China as I recall when I was President of Zambia was nothing but stellar and warm.
