THE Constitutional Court has reserved its ruling to June 27, 2024, on the Preliminary Issues raised by Miles Sampa, urging the court to dismiss the matter in which Ronald Chitotela and eight other Patriotic Front (PF) MPs are challenging their expulsion from the party.
The nine seek the Court’s order quashing their expulsion which they described as bogus.
They insist that Mr Sampa and his secretary general, Mr Morgan Ng’ona had no authority to expel them as both were just masquerading in their positions. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
