A STATE witness, Pheluna Hatembo has told the Lusaka Magistrate Court that she was in hiding for seven months with Kenneth Magaleta, a known UPND member.
This is a matter in which Edith Nawakwi, the leader of the Forum for Democracy and Development (FDD) has been accused of abducting Phenula Hatembo and her brother Milton. The abduction is alleged to have occurred during the seven months they were in hiding.Ms. Hatembo said during cross examination that she went in hiding with Milton Hatembo and Magaleta for seven months.
