A 34-YEAR-OLD businessman of Lusaka has pleaded not guilty to 13 counts of obtaining more than K3 million by false pretences.
Appearing at the Lusaka Magistrate Court before magistrate Trevor Kasanda, was Thomas Banda, of Salama Park in Lusaka accused of obtaining money by false pretences and fraudulent disposal of mortgaged goods contrary to Section 288 of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the laws of Zambia.
