POLICE say a video that went viral yesterday depicting two traffic police officers beating up a motorist who had resisted arrest had attempted to abduct and harm a female police officer who had arrested him for a traffic offence.
Rae Hamoonga, the Police Public Relations Officer said in a statement yesterday that Tobias Kakoma, 28, of Kitwe had parked his vehicle, a Toyota Vitz registration number ADE 7613 in the middle of the road while soliciting for customers. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
