THE Lusaka High Court has ordered the opposition Patriotic Front (PF) party to pay K13.5 million to Bwalya Kalandanya ,trading as Kalandanya Music Promotions (KMP) , for the musical services offered during the August, 2021 general elections .
In a judgement delivered by Justice Charles Zulu, dismissed claims by then acting PF Secretary General, Mr Nickson Chilangwa, that the musical services were out of charity to the party and never entered into any contract with him. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
