RIZWANI Patel, the Patriotic Front (PF) official in Petauke and two others have finally been committed to the High Court, two months after they were arrested and charged with aggravated robbery in a matter in which the victims claim to have been an assault.
This follows President Hakainde Hichilema decree that suspects should never be arrested and kept in detention without thorough investigations and that where the case was non-bailable, they should be taken to court where they should be accorded bail. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
