FORMER President Edgar Lungu says the rule of law is under threat under the leadership of President Hakainde Hichilema.
Mr Lumgu said yesterday that under the UPND administration, the rule of law was breaking down fast right in front of the eyes of the people.
“My point here is that what happened to Martin could easily happen to any Zambian under the current administration of President Hakainde Hichilema where the rule of law is breaking down fast right in front of our eyes.
