SPEAKER of the National Assembly, Nelly Mutti has declined to declare the Bangwulu and Milanzi Parliamentary seats vacant because of the pending court matters in which expelled Matero Member of Parliament Miles Sampa has been sued for holding an illegal convention from which he installed himself as Patriotic Front (PF) president, court documents have revealed.
Mr Sampa, through Morgan Ng’ona as PF secretary-general has purportedly expelled PF Members of Parliament, Anthony Kasandwe for Bangweulu and Melesiana Phiri of Milanzi for having stopped making their monthly contributions to the party. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
