UPND, ECZ blocking PF from participating in by-elections, says Nakacinda
RAPHAEL Nakacinda, the Patriotic Front (PF) secretary general says the non-participation of the party in recent by-elections was as a result of an orchestrated scheme by the UPND to block the former ruling party from being relevant in Zambian politics.
