GOVERNMENT should accept and admit that the Zambia National Service (ZNS) Eagle mealie meal project has caused more problems and stress among Zambians than it has solved and should either be abandoned or they should allow the full participation of private millers to normalise the situation, Saboi Imboela has advised.
