BINWELL Mpundu, the Independent Nkana Member of Parliament has urged youths to step up and be part of the country’s governance system.
Mr Mpundu said it is sad that youths are only engaged in violent acts and the elderly people are the ones who are involved in governance.
He said this trend need to end so that youths can be at the centre stage of the country’s governance system.
He said since the UNIP era, the elderly people have been dominating in governance which is a source of concern.
