DPP ENTERS NOLLE PROSEQUI IN KBF CASE

DIRECTOR of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Gilbert Phiri has entered a nolle prosequi in a matter Zambia Must Prosper President, Kelvin Bwalya Fube commonly known as KBF is charged with failure to report a suspicious transaction and money laundering.

Mr. Phiri has also discharged Beauty Chama, 39, a data clerk of Jack Compound, who was charged with Fube.

In this matter, Fube, 59, was charged with money laundering charge and failure to report a suspicious transaction contrary to Section 29 as read with Section 45 of the Financial Intelligence Centre Act No.45 of 2010.He was also charged with Ibrahim Mitha, 35, of Emmasdale, Hassan Hanif Mitha, 28 and Bwalya Chitalu Kalandanya, 47 of Olympia, all businessmen CLICK TO READ MORE
