SHEDRICK Kasanda says he is a clean businessman with a valid mineral trading license and is tax compliant.
In his submission to the Economic and Financial Crimes’ Court (EFCC), Kasanda through his advocates countered claims by the Attorney General, Mr Mulilo Kabesha who stated that Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) lawfully seized Kasanda’s Ibex Hill house and properties thereon which included cars, as investigations revealed an element of fraudulent dealing in minerals and his company evading tax.
