GOVERNMENT should clearly tell the nation if it has finally put former President Edgar Lungu under House arrest and has frozen his fundamental human rights of freedom of movement, speech, association and indeed association, Namakau Siaynga has demanded.
“Former President Lungu has been under siege from the UPND government from the time he left office. He has been harassed and humiliated countless times. We had the police raiding his residence in Ibex Hill and attempted to bring down the gate. We saw the State blocking him from attending a church service in Ndola,” Ms Siyanga said.
