THE abduction and disappearance of Emmanuel Jay Jay Banda, the Petauke Central Member of Parliament is tragic, alarming and signifies an evil turn in the country’s politics as well as an indication of an extremely dangerous, nerve-wracking trajectory, Fred M’membe has said.
Dr M’membe has solely blamed President Hakainde Hichilema for the abduction of Mr Banda and accused him of presiding over a tribal regime that was corrupt and failing to protect and guarantee the rights of citizens.
Dr M’membe says Mr Hichilema should be careful with the dangerous path he has chosen to set this country on the senseless violence and impunity of his party cadres and some Cabinet Ministers. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
