THE creation of the Economic Crimes Court by way of a Statutory Instrument is a travesty of the justice system and without the intention of promoting the rule of law and fight against corruption because all those arraigned before the court have cases that are politically motivated, Brebner Changala has said.
And Mr Changala has said the presidency is a fountain of justice and that President Hakainde Hichilema should avoid making pronouncements against a collection of a class of citizens perceived to be his enemies to settle political scores.
