Judiciary officer, three others jailed for 5 years

THE Lusaka Magistrate Court has sentenced Precious Nkunika, a judiciary officer and her two other co-accused to 5 years simple imprisonment for stealing a 10-day old baby at the University Teaching Hospital (UTH).
This was after the court found them guilty and convicted them accordingly.
Lusaka magistrate Chrispin Hampungani has also sentenced Nkunika’s mother, Grace Siska to 2 years simple imprisonment for harbouring a stolen child.
