IT is utter senselessness for the UPND to blame Patriotic Front (PF) on current high fuel prices when President Hakainde Hichilema had boasted of having a formula of how best to reduce the prices of petroleum products while in the opposition, Mutotwe Kafwaya has charged.
Mr Kafwaya has told the UPND government that the PF government never owed any money to the suppliers of fuel and the government should stop spreading lies to cover up its corruption in the procurement of petroleum products.
The Oil Marketing Companies have complained that for the past three years, Government has been single-sourcing Agro Fuel Investment as the sole supplier of petroleum products, supplying up to 80 percent at the exclusion of other players CLICK TO READ MORE
