Ruling on Findlay’s passports’ case date set

THE Lusaka Magistrate Court will on July 15, 2024 will rule on whether Lusaka business executive, Harry Findlay has a case to answer or not in a matter he is charged with two counts of holding more than one passport and found with endorsements of forged immigration stamps.

 This was after state prosecutor, Mr. Fredrick Nsama informed Lusaka Principal Magistrate, Sylvia Munyinya that the state had closed its prosecution case.

In response to the state’s submissions, the defence team led by Mr. Milner Katolo, said they wish to file in no case to answer submissions within 14 days. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
