IT is unusual that Speaker of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti is being praised by the Seventh Day Adventist (SDA) Church when she has made the worst presiding officer in the history of the country’s Parliament, Brebner Changala has charged.
On Monday SDA Woodlands Conference president, Daniel Chuunga commended Ms Mutti for her work in Parliamet and encouraged her to remain steadfast and firm in the discharge of her duties.
