SICK Chishimba Kambwili who could only manage to use a wheel chair was yesterday arrested after Matero Member of Parliament Miles Sampa withdrew as his surety in a matter he is charged with a Lusaka businessman Charles Chisanga Kakula for unlawful assembly and hate speech.
When the matter came up for continuation of trial yesterday at the Lusaka Magistrate Court, Mr Sampa informed the court that he wanted to recuse himself as a surety due to his busy schedule.
