FORMER Lusaka Mayor Fisho Mwale says the Human Rights Commission Commissioner Laura Miti is devoid of empathy for Emmanuel Jay Banda who is recuperating at Maina Soko Military Hospital after he was abducted, tortured and left for dead.
And Muhabi Lungu said Ms Miti had lost her credibility.
She posted on her social media platform that the fact that PF were the first ones who announced the disappearance of Mr Banda and the first ones to announce his resurfacing therefore it was PF behind the abduction.
