LUSAKA magistrate, Trevor Kasanda has set August 22, 2024 as Judgment day in a matter former Lusaka province Minister, Bowman Lusambo is charged with three counts of attempting to interfere with a witness.
This was after one of his Lawyers, Mr. Makebi Zulu informed the court that the defense had closed the matter.
In this matter, Lusambo pleaded not guilty to three counts of attempting to interfere with a witness contrary to Section 112 (1) (b) as read with section 389 (1) of the Penal Code Cap 87 of the laws of Zambia. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
