A LUSAKA man has sued his step mother and his aunt for allegedly failing to perform their duties as administrators of his late father’s estates and wants the Court to revoke their appointments.
Meanwhile, the step mother, a Tanzanian, has urged the Lusaka High Court to dismiss the case against her and her sister in law who was sued by Baidon Nkhoma, a human resources officer.
The step mother, Vida Hadrian Ndunguru Nkhoma stated that Baidon should have known the consequences of selling the house to Chairperson for the Election Sub-Committee in the National Council Management Committee (NMC) of the Socialist Party (SP), Trymore Mwenda without her consent and of his aunt, Alice Nkhoma who is the second administratrix for his late father ‘s estates.
