MAKEBI Zulu has disclosed that Emmanuel Jay Banda was yesterday subjected to yet another traumatic treatment at the hands of the State when he was discharged from Maina Soko Military Hospital, only to be viciously intercepted by the Zambia Police, bundled into a waiting police vehicle, driven to Twin Palm Station where he collapsed and had to be taken back to the hospital.
And State Counsel Sakwiba Sikota has said the State is so afraid about what Jay Jay Banda has so far disclosed that in fact, he was abducted by named high-ranking government officials working together with Trevor Mwiinde, a UPND operative and is desperately working on reopening a court case that was closed more than six years ago to keep the Petauke law maker away from friends and relatives.
