THE People’s Pact, a new alliance of opposition political parties has announced that it will soon invite the United Kwacha Alliance (UKA) and the Socialist Party for mass public rally to be held at Changanamai grounds in Kitwe’s Kwacha Township.
The People’s Pact says it has decided to invite UKA and the Socialist Party so that the opposition political formations should speak to the people on various issues affecting them and what solutions they would provide once Zambians vote for them in 2026.
People’s Pact coordinator and Green Party president Peter Sinkamba said the People’s Pact was set to hold its inaugural mass rally in July, during the four days holiday and had already notified the Police about the event.
