PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema should consider establishing a Commission of Inquiry to establish the veracity of tribal appointments in Government which have left not only polarized but has also contributed to the tension and divisions in the country, Makebi Zulu has said.
The issue of tribal appointments, he said, was topical and deserved to be investigated instead of re-opening the issue of gassing, which matter had been dealt with and concluded by the courts of law.
