ZAMBIA is no longer safe under the UPND regime and it is shocking that the State has continued to terrorize innocent people leaving out those who are engaging in evil acts just because they are connected to the UPND government Binwell Mpundu has charged.
Mr Mpundu, the Nkana Member of Parliament says the Zambia Police is aware about the disappearance of Emmanuel Jay Banda and that had Zambia been a normal country, the people named in the abduction of the Petauke Legislator would have been long arrested.
Mr Mpundu said the people were awake to the fact that when one was named in a crime whether true or not, such a suspect had to be questioned to ascertain the truth.
Mr Mpundu wondered why the high-ranking government officials who had been named by Jay Jay Banda as his abductors had not been picked up or summoned for questioning.
