Zambia’s High Commissioner to India implores defence force personnel to excel

ZAMBIA High Commissioner to India Percy Chanda has implored personnel from the Zambia Defence Forces currently undergoing training in India to seize the opportunity to acquire new skills which they must replicate back home upon completion of their course.
Mr. Chanda said this when Zambia Army Second Lieutenants Robert Sinyangwe and Wilson Phiri, who have been sponsored to pursue Mechanical Engineering in India, paid a courtesy call on him.
He says the Zambian Government has prioritised training especially for the Defence Forces to enable them acquire new skills and knowledge that will build and enhance their capacity and that training in India offers a unique opportunity to learn from the best practices and expertise.
