THE Patriotic Front (PF) will rule Zambia for the next 40 years, says North-Western Province minister Richard Kapita.

Mr Kapita said the people of Zambia had now realised that it was only the PF party that has the heart for its people.

He said the people of Zambia were appreciating the good work and development agenda of the ruling party, a situation he said was a sign that Zambians would continue renewing the ruling party’s mandate.

“It is written in black and white that the PF is here to stay, and no one should be cheated that the ruling party will any time soon be out of power,” he said. Mr Kapita was speaking during the recent two-day visit of the North-Western province by President Lungu.

He said opposition political parties should not cheat themselves that they were anywhere nearby the corridors of power because the people of Zambia had already decided who should rule them.

He also said the opposition UPND should stop misleading the people of Zambia by claiming that its leader would take over power soon.

He said people were aware that there was only one president elected by the people.

“And that president is Edgar Chagwa Lungu, our Republican President who is also our sole candidate for the 2021 presidential elections.  And he will lead us to victory,” he said.
