I am an avid reader of Mr. Philip Chirwa’s Thursday articles. ‘How I got lost in old Kanyama’ is one of those that I read but what confuses me is how he paid K2, 000. That should have been the price of the wreck you hired together with its driver otherwise, you were wired badly. In 1993, K2, 000 was above an average civil servants pay (monthly of course). Be careful because there maybe another K2, 000, 23 years down the line.
