The Referendum debate

Editor,
Zambians just rejected the Referendum because the majority were not interested. Those who wanted it were supposed to help the Government sensitise people on its importance. Talking about holding the Referendum before Zambians reflect on its importance will be wasting resources and time when we have more challenging issues to solve.
