THE State has reportedly rejected ailing Chishimba Kambwili’s request that he evacuated outside the country for specialized treatment after it was reported that in fact President Hakainde Hichilema had authorized his travel on government expenses.
But in a turn of events, the State has denied Mr Kambwili, a member of the Patriotic Front (PF) to leave the country and no reasons have so far been given to the family for turn of events.
