CHILUBI Member of Parliament Mulenga Fube has indicated that the opposition MPs will take legal action against the revised Constituency Development Fund (CDF) Act because it is not in tandem with the Constitution.
the CDF amendment Bill during the last sitting in the House passed second reading stage which means that soon it will be enacted into law.
