NORTHWESTERN Province Permanent Secretary, Grandson Katambi has bemoaned lack of publicity on the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) by the media.
Col. Katambi says the media has not played a pivotal role in publicizing the CDF as many people are still not aware of the procedure of acquiring the funds.
