For two decades, Mr. Derrick Sikazwe, known in the business world as Santos, has been leading the park in the fashion world with his business brand called Sikazwe & Son’s, a hand-made-ultra-comfy, athletic-inspired scrubwear (nurses & Doctors outfits), school uniforms, work suits, chitenge outfits, wedding outfits and everything that can be tailored.

Sikazwe & Son’s which is conveniently located in Kamwala, of Lusaka, at shop number K66, has been operational since 2003, specialising in the design, tailoring and sale of high quality scrabs, lab coats, school uniforms for government and private schools in the country, careers day uniforms for kids, work suits, chitenge outfits, wedding outfits, and everything that can be tailored (custom made).

In an interview with the Daily Nation Lifestyle, business proprietor and CEO, Mr. Sikazwe, said Sikazwe & Son’s was created out of passion and love for fashion. He said their number one priority was the satisfaction of their clients.

“The 20 years we have been in this business, we consider ourselves scrub-ware pros when it comes to making healthcare personnel outfits that unite medical profressionals with awesome hand-made scrubs because we understands the importance of professionalism in healthcare,” says Mr. Sikazwe, when asked what makes his business stand out from others in this field.

He adds, “We take pride in offering high quality collection of designer scrubs for nurses, doctors, and medical professionals of all kinds. Our store features an extensive selection of medical scrubs in various styles, colors, sizes and fabrics. We have an incredible selection of womens scrubs and mens scrubs. All I can say is that we strive to provide the best, high quality selection of nurse clothes and medical uniforms at prices that can’t be beat and in health care apparel”

Apart from high quality scrubwear, Sikazwe & Son’s also does comfortable and professionally made school uniforms, work suits, chitenge outfits, wedding outfits and everything that can be tailored.

And to meet customer demand, he has expanded his business by adding 8 qualified tailors and a sales-lady to help bring his creative designs to life as Sikazwe & Son’s continue to cement its name in the clothing industry, as one of the most-sought, and trusted.

“The good part about us is that if one (client) can not find their right size (outfit) in our shop, we still can tailor them the outfit according to their body measurements that guarantee style and performance because here at Sikazwe & Son’s, satisfaction of our customers is our number one priority. In fact, with our vast assortment of cheap and affordable, high quality outfits, you are certain to find exactly what you’re looking for in our store,” said Mr. Sikazwe.
