PETER Chanda has appealed to the State to ensure that Patriotic Front (PF) youth Rizwani Patel’s case is expedited so the he and his two colleagues facing aggravated robbery charge should get justice.
Mr Chanda, the New Congress Party (NCP) leader says Rizwani has been in detention for two months now in a matter the complaints claim was in fact an assault case and should have been taken to court promptly as has been decreed by President Hakainde Hichilema. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
