Cozmo Mumba, the so-called ‘’Doctor’’, just wants to impress President Edgar Lungu. This so-called politician used the same tactics whenever he wanted financial assistance from the late President Michael Sata. Cozmo’s NRP is practically dead. The President should be careful with such opportunists
