POLICE Deputy Inspector-General Milner Muyambango has dragged to the Lusaka High Court a purported Ndola businessman for allegedly defaming him of being corrupt and involved in criminal activities.
Mr Muyambango stated that Mr Floyd Mayamba Malembeka purporting to be in the business of selling tractors last year published defamatory words which injured his reputation, clothing him as a dishonest and untrustworthy individual, unfit to occupy the office of Deputy Inspector-General or any public office.
